Problem
The tech stack for large financial institutions and their employees is incredibly archaic, cumbersome, and fragmented. These users have complicated workflows that require them to stay on top of news and notifications, organize content across multiple screens, and utilize keyboard shortcuts to remain efficient.
Solution
Simplify complexity by providing a suite of tools that work effortlessly together. Helped push design for the Browser feature by researching and iterating on a customizable browser window where users can add or remove multiple windows within the ecosystem. Designed an actionable Notification center curated specifically for time sensitive information like market movement and call options. Came up with custom keyboard shortcuts for the Home feature to maintain consistency to the users' workflows. Worked closely with the VP of Design to get feedback and iterate on the 3 features.
